Code of Conduct
  1. I understand that soccer is a game for children, and is a privilege to be in the sidelines seeing how they play.   No Cursing, I won't create a Public disturbance or threaten the officials.  I understand that such behavior is not tolerated upon the sidelines, while my child plays soccer. 
  2. I understand to direct from the outside by various people, is not only unacceptable conduct, but it is also counterproductive, because it distracts the players on their decisions in the field and to enjoy the game.  The support and the positive cheering is a natural aspect of the game of soccer.  Constant negative comments directed to the players in the field of any team, substitute players, or the coaches will be subjected to the discipline by the game official.
  3. I understand that my role on the sidelines is to be a good example of spirit for these children.  I agree to be positive with my comments in spite of the result of the game.  I agree to remind other parents, coaches, etc.., who can get out of control occasionally, because they are in the game.  I understand that I should remain at least three feet behind the sidelines during the game.
  4. I agree to be tolerant to the calls of the official, either if I agree or disagree with them.  I agree that I would not threaten them, or curse; or of any form that physically or verbally treats badly the official.  If I have a complaint against the official I understand that there is a system in this place to report complains, and I would follow that procedure. 
  5. I understand that during the course of the time of the game, only the coach and the assistant would be able to enter with the permission of the center official to enter the field of the game.  All the people that are next to the sidelines should be at least three feet back, to leave the line officials view and cleared access of the sidelines.  I understand that the referee is not obliged to delay the progress of a game to explain the call of someone, including me. 
  6. I understand that the coaches, parents, substitute players and spectators of the opponent team occupy opposite sides of the field of the game and they remain in their respective sides during the entire course of each game.  Never during the course of the game would someone have permission of being back of the lines of goal, neither to be moved to the opposite side.
  7. I understand that the enjoyment of the children to play the sport that they love, it is important for the result of the game.  I encouraged my children to play clean, to respect the referee and other officials and to congratulate the opponent in each one and all the games.   
  8. I understand that the main coach is responsible for the behavior of the parents, substitute players, and spectators on the sidelines.  If the referee detects unacceptable behavior, and they notify the main coach on the sideline to deal with the individuals involved.  The failure to do that can give as a disciplinary result to the coach, also to the discipline of the individual involved.
  9. I understand in profundity, fighting and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited in all the activities of the club.  
  10. As father, coach, assistant or fan of the team or another affiliated of the team of soccer of my child, I understand that according to, United Latinos Soccer, I form part of its association.  As a member, I understand that I am responsible for complying with all the rules and regulations in the statutes, and I am responsible for my actions.
  11. I understand that the violation of any of these principles can result as a punishment given by the directive of the club.  Such punishment can include suspension of participation in the activities of the team or of the club, including games.  All the rules and regulations are provided, to each coach inside the club or groups of the club and will be available to any brother or father, of the player or another spectator when requested. 
  12. I agree that if I act in a way that interfere with the game, it would be told in the exclusive discretion of the officials of the game, that I may receive instructions to legally abandon the area of the field immediately, right away and without delay.  As well can be subject to be filed of criminal charges if my actions put in danger or they threaten the spectators, player’s security or official of the game.  UNITED LATINOS SOCCER    has the right to give any sanctions and/or suspension for someone violating this code of conduct.
  13. RENUNCIATION OF RESPONSIBILITY - I acknowledge that I am a father or guardian of a player of this club, and I am conscious and in agreement; that in the game of soccer there are dangers and risks.
  • I voluntarily accept and I assume the risk mentioned before.
  • As well I understand that my son/daughter should be in good physical conditions to participate in each game that he or she is assigned. 
  • I express my knowledge and I am in agreement with United Latinos Soccer Organizers and its sponsors and exclude any guarantee aforesaid or implied.
  • I exclude all the rights and claims by damages that I want to acquire against United Latinos Soccer, industrious and  directive of the same one; whether for wounds, lost of acquaintance and not acquaintance to the person or property that can exist or in the future to be created for the occurred as a result of participating in this Organization.
  • I understand, that I have read correctly and I accept that is my responsibility of the mentioned restrictions.

Reglamento - Infantiles y Juveniles

REGLAS PARA LOS EQUIPOS INFANTILES Y JUVENILES
    1. Cada equipo tendra que contar con un minimo de siete jugadores (as) y un maximo de veinte.
    2. No se tolera el uso de palabras obscenas dirijidas a nadie, aunque sea su propio hijo, jugadores del equipo contrario, arbitros, porras o entrenadores de su equipo o equipos contrarios, al hacerlo el capitan de su equipo puede ser expulsado asi como tambien la persona agresora;  se llamara a la policia en caso de que la agresion verbal continue y su equipo perdera 1-0.
    3. La porra de su equipo debera mantenerse junta: no en todo lo largo de la cancha, en un solo extremo de la misma, en lados opuestos y a 5 pies de la linea de juego.
    4. Equipo o porra que participe o que origine  una pelea; sera expulsado definitivamente.
    5. Esta estrictamente prohibido ingerir bebidas alcoholicas.  Habra una multa de cien dolares $100 para los que sean sorprendidos ingeriendo bebidas alcoholicas.  La segunda vez sera expulsion definitiva.
    6. Solo el entrenador y asistente podran dirijir el equipo.
    7. El entrenador del equipo checará las credenciales del equipo con el que se va a enfrentar, incluyendo los cambios
    8. Solo el entrenador o capitan se puede dirijir al arbitro con respeto y educacion.
    9. Toda protesta tendra que hacerse por escrito y entrgarse a la directiva  en la semana siguiente al juego para darle seguimiento con las personas encargadas.  TODA PROTESTA SERA ACOMPAÑADA DE UN DEPOSITO DE 25 DOLARES, SI PROCEDE SE LE DEVOLVERA SU DINERO.
    10. Cualquier jugador que no porte espinilleras no podra jugar.
    11. Jugador que no tenga credencial NO JUEGA sin excepcion.
    12. No se registrara a ningun jugador si no presenta acta de nacimiento (copia) I.D. con foto y fecha de nacimiento (original). (si no cuenta con I.D con foto y facha de nac. Sera necesario tarjeta de vacunas y alguna otra ID valida)
    13. Todo jugador expulsado queda detenida su credencial hasta que cumpla el castigo impuesto por la mesa de honor y justicia.
    14. Todos los documentos presentados seran checados antes de registrar al equipo o jugador. 
    15. No se aceptara registrar jugadores nuevos despues de haber terminado la primera vuelta. (Con la excepcion de algun acuerdo con los equipos participantes )
    16. Todo jugador no podra cambiarse de equipo una vez estar registrado en algun club o equipo.Solo al termino de la temporada se podra realizar dicho cambio.  
    17. En caso que un equipo sea sorprendido alineando a un jugador, que no este usando su credencial ,que no este en la edad requerida o que pertenezca a otro club el equipo perdera su juego.
    18. Equipo que no presente credenciales, automaticamente pierde 1-0 (teniendo la opurtunidad de presentarlas al terminar el primer tiempo )
    19. Equipo que pierda por de fault en la cancha pagara su arbitraje completo y el 50% del otro. 
    20. No se permiten niños o personas adultas detras de las porterias cuando se efectue un encuentro
    21. Todos los clubs son aceptados con la condicion de que solo 5 niños podran apoyar al equipo mayor de la categoria en que estan registrados
    22. Todos y cada uno de los equipos deberan de mandar un representante alas reuniones mensuales, de no hacerlo sus equipos perderan puntos ( 3 ) de los que ya tienen o sus juegos de la sanguiente semana si no tienen puntos.
    23. En las categorias menores de 10 años, no habra expulsiones. Cuando un jugador reciba una amonestacion tendra que ser cambiado con la oportunidad de volver a reingresar al juego mas tarde El arbitro tendra conocimiento de esta regla.
    24. Tiempos de juego:
      • U6, U7 y U8            20 minutes x tiempo con 10 de descanzo

      25. Limite de edades : todo nino podra jugar.

  1. Cada entrenador, padre de familia y jugadores de los equipos participantes tienen el conocimiento, que durante el desarrollo de un juego de futbol soccer existen riesgos y peligros de lesiones . Tambien tienen por entendido que cada jugador esta en buenas condiciones fisicas y de salud para participar en un juego. Organizadores, patrocinadores y directivos no se responsabilizan sobre lesiones o problemas que sucedan como resultado de participar en esta organizacion
  2. Cada equipo es responsable de su propia basura o 50 dolares de multa 
  3. He leido y comprendido correctamente las reglas antes mensionadas .
  4. La inscripcion sera de 50 dolares por equipo.

Reglamento - Categoria Libre

REGLAS PARA TODOS LOS EQUIPOS PARTICIPANTES

  3. La porra de su equipo debera mantenerse junta: no en todo lo largo de la cancha, en un solo extremo de la misma, en lados opuestos y a 5 pies de la linea de juego.  
  4. Equipo o porra que participe o que origine  una pelea; sera expulsado definitivamente.
  5. Esta estrictamente prohibido ingerir bebidas alcoholicas.  Habra una multa de cien dolares $100 para los que sean sorprendidos.  La segunda vez sera expulsion definitiva.
  6. Solo el entrenador y asistente podran dirijir el equipo.
  7. El coach checará las credenciales del equipo con quien se va a enfrentar..
  8. Solo el entrenador o capitan se puede dirijir al arbitro con respeto y educacion.
  9. Toda protesta tendra que hacerse por escrito y entrgarse a la directiva antes de 72 horas,  para darle seguimiento con las personas encargadas.  TODA PROTESTA SERA ACOMPAÑADA DE 35 DOLARES SI PROCEDE SE DEVOLVERA EL DINERO.
  10. Cualquier jugador que no porte espinilleras no podra jugar.
  11. Jugador que no tenga credencial NO JUEGA sin excepcion.( SOLO LOS TRES PRIMEROS JUEGOS DE LA TEMPORADA SE PODRAN JUGAR SIN CREDENCIAL )                                  
  12. Jugador expulsado; la credencial queda detenida hasta que cumpla el castigo.  (En juegos de finales acumulacion de 2 tarjetas amarillas en juegos continuos para el mismo jugador se sancionara con un juego de suspencion.)
  13. No se aceptara registrar jugadores nuevos despues de haber terminado la primera vuelta.  ( con la excepcion de algun acuerdo con los equipos )
  14. Ningun jugador(a) podra cambiarse de equipo una vez de estar registrado en algun equipo despues de la tercera fecha. Solo hasta el término de la temporada podra realizarse.
  15. En caso que un equipo sea sorprendido alineando a un jugador, que no este usando su credencial o que que pertenezeca a otro equipo, el equipo perdera 1-0.
  16. Equipo que no presente credenciales, automaticamente pierde 1-0.Teniendo la oportunidad de presentarlas al termino del 1st  tiempo.
  17. Equipo que pierda por default en la cancha, tendrá la obligacion de pagar el arbitraje completo de su equipo y el 50% del contrario. El ganador pagara el 50%.
  18. No se permiten niños o personas adultas detras de las porterias cuando se efectue un encuentro.
  19. Todos y cada uno de los equipos deberan de mandar un representante a la reunion mensual.
  20. Todos los equipos que tengan jugadores menores de edad tendran que presentar un documento de autorizacion firmado por el padre o tutor  para permitirle jugar al menor.
  21. El entrenador es responsable de platicar estas reglas a cualquier invitado que lleve al juego.
  22. Cada entrenador, padre de familia y jug adores de los equipos participantes tienen el conocimiento, que durante el desarrollo de un juego de futbol soccer existen riesgos y peligros de lesiones.  Perdida de lo conocido o no conocido o problemas que puedan resultar en el futuro como consecuencia.  Los organizadores y patrocinadores  no se responsalizan sobre lesiones de ninguna clase.
  23. Cada equipo es responsible de su propia basura.
